Obscura will guide you in a dynamic and transformative dance workshop where you will delve deep into the realm of intentional movement through isolation, connecting with your body in profound ways. Through a series of vigorous, dynamic exercises (“drills”) and choreography prompts, you'll discover the power of deliberate motion – every look, every gesture, imbued with purpose and meaning. From head rolls to chest pops, hip isolations to shoulder shimmies, you'll learn how to move with precision and fluidity, commanding attention with every nuanced movement.
